Why: Streamline your member onboarding process by automatically creating accounts and granting access when someone purchases an offer. This integration saves you time and ensures your members receive immediate access to your content.
Navigate: App Station > Settings > Integrations > Kajabi
Quick Start
Go to App Station and select Integrations.
Click on Kajabi and enable the integration.
If using webhooks, copy the provided webhook URL into Kajabi's webhook settings.
If using the API, enter your Client ID and Client Secret, then click Test & Connect API.
Map your Kajabi offers to the corresponding access levels.

Overview of the Integration
The Kajabi integration allows you to connect your app with Kajabi to automate member account creation and access grants based on purchases. You can choose between two modes:
Webhook-only: Automatically provisions members when an offer is purchased, without needing API credentials.
API-connected: Provides additional features such as offer discovery and cancellation sync, requiring API credentials.
Kajabi Plan Requirements
Webhook-only: Requires a Kajabi Growth or Pro plan.
API-connected: Requires a Kajabi Pro plan or a $25/month add-on for other plans.
Setting Up the Integration
Webhook-only Setup
In the App Station, navigate to Integrations and select Kajabi.
Enable the integration.
Copy the webhook URL provided.
In Kajabi, go to Settings > Integrations & Webhooks and paste the webhook URL into the webhooks section.
After a test purchase, map the discovered offers to the appropriate access levels.
API-connected Setup (Recommended)
Ensure you have a Kajabi Pro plan or the API add-on.
Create a User API Key in Kajabi by going to Admin > Settings > Security.
In the App Station, enter your Client ID and Client Secret.
Click Test & Connect API. This will also attempt to auto-register the purchase webhook.
Click Refresh Offers from Kajabi to pull in your offers and map them to access levels.
Mapping Offers to Access Levels
After setting up the integration, you need to map your Kajabi offers to the corresponding access levels in your app. This ensures that when a member purchases an offer, they receive the correct access.
Go to the Kajabi integration settings in the App Station.
Locate the offer mapping section.
For each offer, select the appropriate access level from the dropdown menu.
Monitoring Purchase Activity
You can monitor purchase activity and the status of your cancellation sync:
Check the Purchase Activity section to see logs of member provisioning.
Review the Last Cancel Sync status to ensure that deactivated purchases are being processed correctly.
Important Notes
If you set a free trial for an offer (1-30 days), the access will expire after the trial period unless converted to permanent access.
Kajabi does not provide a rebill or renewal webhook, so trials will not automatically convert to permanent access.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues during setup:
Ensure your Kajabi plan meets the requirements for the features you want to use.
Double-check that the webhook URL is correctly pasted in Kajabi.
If using the API, verify that your Client ID and Client Secret are entered correctly.
