Why: Connect Kajabi to streamline member account creation and access management when someone purchases an offer. This integration saves you time and ensures your members have immediate access to the content they paid for.

Navigate: App Station > Settings > Integrations > Kajabi

Quick Start

  1. Go to App Station and select Integrations.

  2. Click on Kajabi and enable the integration.

  3. Copy the provided webhook URL.

  4. In Kajabi, navigate to Settings > Integrations & Webhooks and paste the webhook URL.

  5. Map your Kajabi offers to the corresponding access levels in Member Kitchens.


Detailed Setup Instructions

1. Enable the Kajabi Integration

To start using the Kajabi integration, you need to enable it in your App Station.

  • Go to App Station and select Integrations.

  • Click on Kajabi and toggle the integration to enable it.

2. Copy the Webhook URL

Once the integration is enabled, you will see a webhook URL generated for your app.

  • Copy this URL, as you will need to paste it into Kajabi.

3. Add the Webhook URL in Kajabi

Next, you need to set up the webhook in Kajabi:

  • Log in to your Kajabi account.

  • Navigate to Settings and then select Integrations & Webhooks.

  • Create a new webhook and paste the copied URL into the designated field.

4. Map Offers to Access Levels

After setting up the webhook, you need to map your Kajabi offers to access levels in Member Kitchens:

  • In your App Station, go to the Kajabi integration settings.

  • You will see a list of offers from Kajabi. For each offer, select the corresponding access level that members will receive upon purchase.

  • Make sure to save your mappings.

5. Test the Integration

To ensure everything is working correctly:

  • Perform a test purchase in Kajabi.

  • Check the Purchase Activity log in Member Kitchens to confirm that the member account was created and the access level was granted.

Tip: Regularly monitor the Last Cancel Sync status to ensure that any deactivated purchases are handled properly.
