Why: Save time and effort by duplicating existing meal plans. This feature allows you to quickly create similar plans, ensuring your subscribers have access to new content without starting from scratch.
Navigate: App Station > Content Library > Meal Plans > [Meal Plan] > Duplicate
Quick Start
Go to the Content Library in App Station.
Select Meal Plans from the menu.
Click on the meal plan you want to duplicate.
Click the Duplicate button in the actions menu.
Review and edit the new meal plan as needed before publishing.
Overview of Duplicating Meal Plans
The meal plan duplication feature allows you to create a complete clone of an existing meal plan, including all related data such as recipes, media images, tags, and access levels. This is different from the "personal copy" feature, which is designed for member customization.
What Gets Duplicated
When you duplicate a meal plan, the following items are copied:
Content: Title, summary, notes (the title defaults to "Original (Copy)").
Meal Plan Settings: Dates, layout configuration, and prep notes.
Recipes: All recipes included in the meal plan.
Sessions: All meal plan sessions, including any related tasks.
Media Images: Images are copied to new paths, but videos are not included.
Tags and Access Levels: These are also copied over to the new meal plan.
How to Duplicate a Meal Plan
Access the Content Library: Navigate to the Content Library in your App Station.
Select Meal Plans: Click on Meal Plans to view your existing plans.
Choose a Meal Plan: Click on the meal plan you wish to duplicate.
Duplicate the Meal Plan: In the actions menu (✨ button), select Duplicate. This will create an unpublished draft of the meal plan.

Edit the New Meal Plan: After duplication, you can edit the new meal plan as needed before publishing it for your members.
Important Notes
Admins can always duplicate meal plans, while members can only do so if they have the appropriate permissions.
The duplicated meal plan will be an unpublished draft, allowing you to make any necessary changes before it goes live.
If you want to customize the title of the duplicated meal plan, you can do so during the duplication process.
