Why: Organizing your content with tags makes it easier for your members to find what they’re looking for. By applying relevant tags, you enhance the search and filtering experience, helping your subscribers discover new recipes, meal plans, and resources effortlessly.
Navigate: App Station > Content Library > Tags
Quick Start
Click on Tags in the Content Library.
Click Add Tag to create a new tag.
Enter the Name and optional Short Name for the tag.
Select the Type from the dropdown menu.
Click Save to create the tag.
Overview of Tags
Tags are a powerful way to categorize and organize your content across different types, such as recipes, meal plans, challenges, and blog posts. For example, you can use the tag "Gluten Free" for both recipes and meal plans, making it easier for members with dietary preferences to find relevant content.
Creating and Managing Tags
Creating a Tag
To create a tag, follow these steps:
Navigate to the Tags section in the Content Library.
Click on the Add Tag button.
Fill in the Name (required) and Short Name (optional) fields.
Choose a Type for the tag from the dropdown menu.
Click Save to create the tag.
Editing and Deleting Tags
To edit a tag, click on the tag name in the list, make your changes, and then click Save.
To delete a tag, select the tag you wish to remove and click the Delete button. Be aware that deleting a tag will remove it from all associated content.
Note: When deleting tags that are in use, you will be warned about how many content items will be affected.
Tag Types
Tags can be categorized into different types to help with filtering:
Dietary: For dietary restrictions/preferences (e.g., "Gluten Free", "Vegan").
Cuisine: For culinary traditions (e.g., "Italian", "Thai").
Meal Type: For meal categorization (e.g., "Breakfast", "Dinner").
Cooking Method: For cooking techniques (e.g., "Slow Cooker", "Grilled").
Difficulty: For skill levels (e.g., "Easy", "Advanced").
Topic: For blog posts and resources (e.g., "Nutrition", "Meal Prep").
Category: For organizing content types (e.g., "How-To", "Guide").
Audience: For targeting specific groups (e.g., "Beginners", "Athletes").
Applying Tags to Content
Once you've created tags, you can apply them to various content types:
Navigate to the content item you want to tag (e.g., a recipe or meal plan).
In the content editor, find the Tags section.
Select the relevant tags from the list or type to search for existing tags.
Save your changes to apply the tags.
Tags help your members filter and search for content effectively, enhancing their overall experience with your app.

Use descriptive and relevant names for your tags to make them easily recognizable.
