Quick Start
Enable the referral program in your app settings.
Set the retention period for referrals (e.g., 14 days).

How the Referral Program Works
The referral program allows your existing members to invite new users to join your app. When a new user signs up using a referral code, the member who referred them can earn points once the new user meets certain criteria.
Referral Flow
Code Generation: Members generate a unique referral code from their profile.
Referral Tracking: When a new user signs up with this code, a referral record is created.
Retention Period: The referral remains in a pending state for a configurable retention period.
Qualification Check: After the retention period, the system checks if the referred user is still subscribed.
Reward: If the referred user qualifies, points are awarded to the member who referred them.
Configuring the Referral Program
To set up the referral program, follow these steps:
Enable Referrals: Go to the gamification settings in the App Station and enable the referral program.
Set Retention Days: Determine how many days a referred user must remain subscribed before the referrer earns points.
Define Reward Points: Specify how many points a member will earn for each successful referral.

Monitoring Referrals
Once the referral program is set up, you can monitor the performance and rewards through the App Station. You will be able to see:
The number of referrals made by each member.
The status of each referral (pending, qualified, rewarded, or expired).
Total points earned from referrals.
Important Notes
Each member can only have one active referral code.
Members cannot refer themselves.
Referral codes are unique to your app and cannot be used outside of it.
