Navigate: App Station > Account

In this section of App Station, you will manage your commercial relationship with Member Kitchens. This includes your subscription, usage metrics that drive platform billing, and the features included in your plan.

How This Differs from Monetization Billing

It's important to understand the distinction between your account billing and your members' billing:

  • App Station > Account — This area handles the billing you receive from Member Kitchens for running your branded app. Here, you can view your plan, usage metrics, and invoices.

  • App Station > Monetization > Billing — This section provides tools and data about your members paying you for subscriptions. It focuses on your revenue and member invoices.

If you need to manage member subscriptions or track your creator revenue, refer to the Monetization section instead.

What You Can Do Here

Account & Billing

In the Account section, you can:

  • View your current platform plan and subscription status.

  • Check usage metrics, such as active or engaged members.

  • Change your plan or update your payment method via the Stripe billing portal.

Plan & Features

This page allows you to:

  • Compare all available plans and switch between them.

  • See which features are enabled for your current plan, such as analytics tiers, forums, journeys, and the installable app option (PWA).

  • Be aware that if you switch to a plan that does not include the PWA feature, a warning will notify you that existing installs will stop working.

Invoices

Here, you can:

  • Download or view invoices from Member Kitchens for your platform fees once billing is fully configured.

Cancellation and Member Apps

If you decide to cancel your platform subscription, the system may guide you through what will happen to your members' subscriptions to your app. Be sure to read any confirmation messages carefully. If you have any doubts, it’s best to contact support before confirming any actions that could affect your members.
