Detailed Instructions
If you've forgotten your kitchen URL, you can easily retrieve it using the Owner Sign-In feature on the Member Kitchens website. Follow these steps:
Step 1: Access the Owner Sign-In Page
Visit memberkitchens.com and look for the Owner Sign-In link. This will direct you to the sign-in page specifically for kitchen owners and admins.
Step 2: Enter Your Email
On the sign-in page, enter the email address you used to create your App Station account. This is crucial because the system will send the link to this email.
Step 3: Check Your Email
After submitting your email, check your inbox for an email from Member Kitchens. This email will contain a secure link that directs you to your kitchen domain.
Note: If you don’t see the email, check your spam or junk folder.
Step 4: Open Your Kitchen Domain
Click the link in the email. It will take you directly to your kitchen's App Station, where you can manage your content and settings.
Step 5: Bookmark Your URL
To avoid this situation in the future, consider bookmarking your kitchen URL in your browser. This way, you can easily access it whenever you need to manage your app.
Important Note for Members
This sign-in process is not for your members. Members sign in through your app's website, not through the Owner Sign-In feature.
Additional Tip
If you still have access to your welcome email from when you first set up your app, you can find your kitchen URL there as well.
