Navigate: App Station
Quick Start
Click Start Setup on the App Station home page.
Upload your logo and choose an accent color.
Confirm your kitchen timezone.
Enter your personality info (name, bio, photo, social links).
Connect Stripe and set your membership prices.
Detailed Steps
Step 1: Logo & Color
Begin by uploading your app's logo and selecting an accent color. This helps personalize your app and makes it visually appealing to your members.
Upload Logo: Click the upload button to choose your logo file.
Choose Accent Color: Pick a color that represents your brand.
You can change these settings later in the App Settings.
Step 2: Confirm Kitchen Timezone
Next, confirm your kitchen's timezone. This setting is crucial for scheduling journeys and analyzing data accurately.
The default timezone is set based on your location when you created your account. You can change it later under App Settings > General.
Step 3: About You
Now, it's time to add some personality to your app. Fill in your name, a short bio, and upload a profile photo. You can also include links to your social media profiles.
Voice Notes: If you want to provide coaching tips for AI Assist, you can add voice notes here. Members won’t see these, but they help shape the tone of your app.
Tagline and Bio: You can draft these with AI assistance after filling in your voice notes.
You can revisit and edit this information later in App Settings > Personality.
Step 4: Pricing
To set up your membership offers, you need to connect your Stripe account. This allows you to manage payments seamlessly.
Click the Connect Stripe button and follow the prompts to link your account.
Once connected, you can create your membership offers. Set up both monthly and annual subscription options.
Step 5: Upload Recipes
Finally, you can import recipes into your app. You have two options:
Import Recipes: Use the recipe import feature to bulk upload your existing recipes.
Create Recipe: If you prefer, you can create recipes manually.
Note that sample recipes will not count as completed content, so be sure to add your own recipes.
Navigation Between Steps
Throughout the setup wizard, you can skip steps if you want to complete them later. Use the Skip to Dashboard option to access the main dashboard or Return to Setup Guide to continue where you left off.
Remember, every change you make can be updated later, so don’t worry if you need to adjust things after the initial setup.
