Why: The Setup Wizard helps you quickly configure your app, ensuring a smooth launch for your subscribers. By following these steps, you can create a branded experience that reflects your unique personality and offerings.

Navigate: App Station

Quick Start

  1. Click Start Setup on the App Station home page.

  2. Upload your logo and choose an accent color.

  3. Fill in your personality info: name, bio, photo, and social links.

  4. Connect your Stripe account and set your membership prices.

  5. Upload your recipe files for import.

Detailed Steps

1. Logo & Color

The first step is to upload your logo and select an accent color for your app.

  • Upload your logo: Click on the logo upload area and choose a file from your computer. This logo will represent your brand in the app.

  • Choose an accent color: Pick a color that matches your brand identity. This color will be used throughout your app to enhance your branding.

Remember, you can change your logo and color later if you want!

2. About You

Next, you'll provide some personal information to help your members connect with you.

  • Enter your name: This will be displayed as the creator of the app.

  • Upload a profile photo: Choose a friendly image that represents you.

  • Add a bio: Write a short description about yourself. This helps members understand your background and expertise.

  • Include social links: Add links to your social media profiles to encourage members to connect with you outside the app.

You can also add voice notes for AI Assist, which are just for your use and won’t be visible to members. These notes can help you refine your tone and messaging.

All this information can be updated later under App Settings > Personality.

3. Pricing

Now it’s time to set up your membership pricing.

  • Connect your Stripe account: This is essential for processing payments. Click the link to authorize your Stripe account.

  • Set your membership prices: Create offers for monthly and annual subscriptions. You can adjust these prices later if needed.

Make sure to complete this step to start earning revenue from your app!

4. Recipes

In this step, you can upload your recipes to populate your app.

  • Import recipes: You can either import recipes from a file or create new ones directly in the Content Library.

  • Remove sample recipes: If you see any sample recipes, you can delete them to keep your app clean and focused on your content.

You can always add more recipes later, so don’t worry if you don’t have everything ready right now!

Navigating the Wizard

Throughout the Setup Wizard, you’ll see options to Skip to Dashboard or Return to Setup Guide.

  • Skip to Dashboard: If you want to exit the wizard and start using the app, click this option. It will save your progress.

  • Return to Setup Guide: If you want to continue the setup later, this option will bring you back to the wizard.

Feel free to skip any steps you’re not ready for; you can always come back and complete them later!
