Reviewing Ratings
As an admin, you can review all user ratings and feedback to gain insights into member preferences:
Go to App Station > Member Interactions > User Ratings.
Here, you can filter ratings by content type or rating range to focus on specific feedback.
Use the quick filters to easily identify low ratings (1-2 stars) that may indicate content needing improvement.
Click on any rating to view the associated content and member details.
This feature helps you understand member sentiment and take action based on the feedback provided.
Displaying Ratings
Ratings are displayed in various locations within your app:
On Cards: Ratings will show if the card template configuration includes the option to display ratings.
On Detail Pages: Ratings will appear if the block configuration allows for it.
Ratings are only shown when there are existing ratings (i.e., when the average rating is not null and the rating count is greater than zero).
Important Considerations
Members must be logged in to submit ratings. Unauthenticated users will be redirected to log in when they attempt to rate content.
All ratings require feedback text, which is crucial for providing context to the ratings.
