Why: The streamlined sidebar in App Station helps you quickly access the most important features, making it easier to manage your app and engage with your members.
Navigate: App Station > Dashboard
Quick Start
Click the Settings gear icon to expand the settings section.
Select Content Library to manage your recipes and meal plans.
Click on Members to view and manage your subscribers.
Access Announcements to communicate updates to your members.
Use Analytics to track engagement and performance metrics.
Streamlined Structure
The App Station sidebar has been redesigned to prioritize everyday actions and group settings for easier navigation. Here’s what you’ll find:
Primary Navigation Items
Pinned Favorites: Quickly access your favorite sections.
Content Library: Manage your recipes, meal plans, and resources.
Pages & Menu: Customize your app's pages and navigation.
Members: View and manage your subscribers.
Announcements: Share updates and news with your members.
Inbox: Access member submissions and messages.
Mobile App: Set up your app for mobile access (visible only if PWA setup is needed).
Analytics: View performance metrics and engagement data.
Collapsible Settings
The settings section is collapsible and includes:
Branding & Design: Customize your app’s look and feel.
Content Settings: Manage content visibility and access.
Engagement & Community: Configure community features.
Access Levels: Set up member access permissions.
Offers: Create and manage offers (hidden if not available on your plan).
Integrations: Connect with third-party services.
Advanced: Access more technical settings.
Account & Billing: Manage your account details and billing information.
Explore More Features: Discover additional functionalities.
The settings section will automatically expand when you navigate to any of its child items.
Locked Features
If your plan does not include certain features, those will be hidden from the sidebar. However, you might still see prompts to upgrade on relevant hub pages.
Transition Period
During the transition to the new sidebar layout, existing kitchens may temporarily switch between the classic and streamlined layouts. This transition will last for 30 days, allowing you to adjust to the new design.
Transition Phases
Launch: Existing users will see the classic layout by default, while new users will have the streamlined version.
Soft Switch: After 20 days, existing users will default to the streamlined layout but can switch back temporarily.
Retirement: After 30 days, the classic layout option will be removed.

Use the Pinned Favorites section to keep your most-used features at your fingertips.
Regularly check the Analytics section to stay informed about your members' engagement and app performance.
