Navigate: App Station > Dashboard
Quick Start
Click the Settings gear icon to expand the settings menu.
Select Branding & Design to customize your app's appearance.
Go to Content Library to manage your recipes and meal plans.
Click on Members to view and manage your subscribers.
Access Analytics to review engagement and performance metrics.
Streamlined Structure
The App Station sidebar is designed to help you quickly access the most important features. Here’s an overview of the primary navigation items:
Pinned Favorites: Access your most-used features quickly from the top of the sidebar.
Content Library: Manage all your recipes, meal plans, and resources.
Pages & Menu: Customize your app's navigation and page content.
Members: View and manage your subscribers.
Announcements: Share updates and important information with your members.
Inbox: Check messages, community submissions, and feedback.
Mobile App: Set up your installable app (only visible if the feature is available).
Analytics: Access various analytics dashboards to track performance.
Settings (Collapsible)
The settings section is grouped under a collapsible menu, which keeps your sidebar tidy. Click the gear icon to expand it. Here’s what you’ll find inside:
Branding & Design: Customize your app's look and feel.
Content Settings: Manage your recipes, meal plans, ingredients, and more.
Engagement: Access tools for community interaction, gamification, and member tools.
Integrations: Connect with third-party services.
Advanced: Access advanced settings for your app.
Account & Billing: Manage your account details and billing information.
Explore More Features: Discover additional features available for your app.
Note: Features that are locked based on your subscription plan will be hidden from the sidebar but may still appear on hub pages with prompts to upgrade.
Transitioning to the New Layout
For existing apps, there is a temporary transition period where you may see both the classic and streamlined layouts. This transition will last for 30 days, allowing you to adjust to the new design.
During this period, you can switch back to the classic layout if needed, but the streamlined version is designed to enhance your navigation experience.
Mobile App Behavior
If your app has the installable app feature, the sidebar will display the Mobile App option. Here’s how it works:
If the feature is enabled but the app is not yet active, you will see a setup badge prompting you to complete the setup.
Once the app is active, it will show as Mobile App: Active under the Settings > Advanced section.
