Why: Speed up your workflow in App Station by using the Quick Access Bar to quickly navigate to recent content, pages, and your favorite links. This helps you manage your app more efficiently, allowing you to focus on creating great content for your subscribers.
Navigate: App Station > Dashboard
The Quick Access Bar is a slide-out panel located on the right side of the screen, available only on desktop devices (1024px and above). It provides you with quick access to three key features:
Recent Content: View the last 10 items you edited, such as recipes, meal plans, and resources.
Recent Pages: Access the last 10 App Station pages you visited.
Favorites: Pin important pages for quick navigation.
How to Open the Quick Access Bar
To open the Quick Access Bar, simply click the lightning bolt icon on the right edge of any App Station page.
Using the Quick Access Bar
Once the Quick Access Bar is open, you can navigate through its tabs:
1. Recent Content
This tab displays the last 10 content items you edited.
Click on any item to quickly return to editing it.
2. Recent Pages
This tab shows the last 10 pages you visited within App Station.
Click on any page to navigate back to it.
3. Favorites
This tab contains links to pages you have pinned as favorites.
To pin a page, simply click the star icon next to the page link when you are on that page.
Pinned favorites are also displayed at the top of the streamlined App Station sidebar for easy access.
Clearing Your History
If you want to clear your recent pages or favorites:
To clear recent pages: Click the option to clear all recent pages in the Recent Pages tab.
To clear favorites: Click the option to remove individual favorites or clear all favorites in the Favorites tab.
Tips for Using the Quick Access Bar
Sync Across Devices: Your pinned favorites sync across devices, so you can access them no matter where you log in.
Streamlined Navigation: Favorites also appear at the top of the sidebar in the streamlined App Station navigation, making it easier to find your most-used pages.
