Why: The Quick Access Bar helps you work more efficiently by providing instant access to your most recent content, frequently visited pages, and your favorite links — all in one convenient panel.

Navigate: App Station > Any Page

Quick Start

  1. Click the lightning bolt icon on the right edge of the screen to open the Quick Access Bar.

  2. Switch between the Content, Pages, and Favorites tabs.

  3. To pin a favorite, click the star icon next to the page you want to save.

  4. To clear your recent pages, click the Clear History button in the Pages tab.

  5. Close the Quick Access Bar by clicking the close button or clicking outside the panel.

Overview of the Quick Access Bar

The Quick Access Bar is a slide-out panel available on desktop screens (1024px and larger). It provides quick access to three key areas:

  1. Recent Content: View the last 10 items you edited, such as recipes, meal plans, and resources.

  2. Recent Pages: Access the last 10 App Station pages you visited.

  3. Favorites: Navigate to pinned App Station links for quick access.

Pinned favorites also appear at the top of the streamlined App Station sidebar for easy navigation.

Opening the Quick Access Bar

To open the Quick Access Bar, simply click the lightning bolt icon located on the right edge of any App Station page.

Using the Tabs

Once the Quick Access Bar is open, you can navigate through the following tabs:

  • Content: Displays your recently edited content. Click on any item to quickly edit it.

  • Pages: Shows the last pages you visited. Click on any page to navigate back to it. You can also click the star icon to pin a page as a favorite.

  • Favorites: Lists your pinned pages for quick access. Click on any favorite to navigate directly to that page. You can remove a favorite by clicking the remove icon.

Pinning Favorites

To pin a page as a favorite:

  1. Navigate to the Pages tab.

  2. Find the page you want to pin.

  3. Click the star icon next to the page title.

Your pinned favorites will sync across devices, ensuring you have access to them wherever you log in.

Clearing History

If you want to clear your recent pages:

  1. Open the Pages tab in the Quick Access Bar.

  2. Click the Clear History button to remove all recent page entries.

This action will not affect your favorites.
