Detailed Sections
Lead Capture Block
The Lead Capture block is essential for gathering potential member information directly from your sales pages. Here’s what you can configure:
Email Field: This is required for all submissions.
Optional Name Fields: You can choose to collect names, but it's not mandatory.
Explicit Consent Checkbox: This ensures compliance by requiring visitors to agree to your terms before submitting their information.
Spam Protection: Built-in measures help prevent unwanted submissions.
Double Opt-In Process
To ensure quality leads, Member Kitchens employs a double opt-in process:
When a visitor submits their information, they are marked as Pending Confirmation.
They will receive a confirmation email containing a link to verify their email address.
Only after confirming will their status change to Active, and they will be synced to any configured integrations like Zapier, Kit, or Klaviyo.
Note: Suppressed or unsubscribed leads will not be reactivated simply by submitting the form again.
Managing Leads in App Station
You can manage your leads directly from the Leads section in App Station. Here’s how:
Search and Filter: Use the filters to find leads by their status, such as Pending Confirmation, Active, Unsubscribed, or Suppressed.
CSV Export: Easily export your leads for external analysis or record-keeping.
Change Status: You can update a lead's status to manage your communications effectively.
Delete Leads: For privacy compliance, you can delete leads, which removes all associated data.
Where Leads Are Stored
Even without integrations, all leads are stored securely within Member Kitchens. You can access their information and status directly in the Leads section.
Integration Delivery
If you have the appropriate features enabled and configured, leads can be automatically sent to integrations like Zapier, Kit, and Klaviyo. This allows for seamless marketing automation and follow-up processes.
Important Considerations
Consent Tracking: Each lead capture includes a record of the consent statement and version, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.
Privacy Compliance: Raw IP addresses are not stored for attribution, and all analytics events are anonymized to protect user information.
Hard Delete: If you choose to hard delete a lead, all associated captures and deliveries will also be removed.
