Member Kitchens allows you to add a support email address in you app or link to your support site (e.g. if you use a tool like Zendesk). This will appear on the Help page for your members.
Add your support email address
App station > Settings > Support
To use a specific email address for support queries (e.g. [email protected]), then go to Settings > App settings > Support email address, add the new email address, and save.
Link to external support site (optional)
App station > Settings > Support
If you have an external support site (e.g. ZenDesk), then you can add a link in your app.
Now, when a member goes to the Help page in your app, they will see a link to your external support site.
