Step by step recipe instructions
Without inline ingredients, your step by step instructions are static text
However WITH inline ingredients, you can include the actual ingredient along with the static text.
Why?
In short, it provides a better experience during preparation...
By providing the ingredients within the step by step instructions, users will reduce the bouncing back and forth between the ingredient list and the instructions themselves.
When the serving portion is modified, the ingredients within the steps will dynamically update.
When the unit of measure is different from the original recipe, this too will be reflected within the steps.
Kitchen prep > Select recipe
Anywhere within the step instruction text, simply type @ to reveal a list of the ingredients in this recipe and select.
And if you modify the ingredient later, it will be updated within the step by step instructions.
