Adding Content to Your Resource
You can add different types of content to your resource:

Embed Code: If you want to include videos or other media, you can use embed codes from platforms like YouTube or Vimeo. Just paste the HTML embed code into the designated field.
Uploading Files
You can also attach downloadable files to your resource:
Navigate to the Attachments tab in the resource editor.
Upload your PDF or document files. These can be meal planning templates, shopping lists, or any other relevant materials.
Setting Access Levels and Visibility
Decide who can see your resource by setting the visibility and access levels:
Visibility Options:
Public: Visible to everyone.
Members: Only visible to your app's members.
Assigned: Visible only to specific members based on access levels.
Access Levels: If you choose "Assigned," you can specify which access levels can view the resource. This allows you to control who has access to sensitive or premium content.
How Members Access Resources
Once published, members can access resources directly from your app. They will find them in the designated section for resources, where they can view, download, or interact with the content you've provided.
When to Use Resources vs Other Content Types
Understanding when to use resources compared to other content types can help you organize your content effectively:
Use Resources for:
Downloadable files (e.g., PDFs, guides)
Embedded media (e.g., videos, presentations)
Rich text content that doesn't fit into a recipe or blog post format
Use Recipes for:
Detailed cooking instructions with ingredients and nutritional information.
Use Blog Posts for:
Articles and educational content that require SEO optimization and a more narrative style.
Best Practices for Managing Resources
Keep It Organized: Use tags to categorize your resources, making them easier for members to find.
Regular Updates: Periodically review and update your resources to ensure they remain relevant and useful.
Engage Members: Encourage feedback on resources to improve future content.
