Navigate: App Station > Settings > Offers
Quick Start
Click on Offers in the App Station.
Select the offer you want to enable for gifting.
Toggle the Enable Gifting option.
Customize the gift welcome email template.
Create promotional cards to promote gifting in your content.
How Gift Subscriptions Work
The gift subscription system allows your members to purchase subscriptions or one-time access for others. Here’s how it works:
Gifter Purchases: The gifter pays a one-time fee for the first billing period of the subscription.
Recipient Gets Subscription: A new subscription is created for the recipient, which includes a trial period equal to the billing interval (e.g., one month for a monthly subscription).
Automatic Account Creation: If the recipient does not already have an account, one will be created automatically.
Payment Method Prompt: Before the trial period ends, the recipient will be prompted to add a payment method to continue their subscription.
Gift Welcome Emails: Recipients receive a customizable welcome email that includes a personal message from the gifter.

Configuring Gift Subscriptions
To set up gift subscriptions for your app, follow these steps:
Step 1: Enable Gifting
Go to the Offers section in the App Station.
Select the offer you want to make available for gifting.
Toggle the Enable Gifting option to activate this feature.
Step 2: Customize Gift Welcome Email
In the Offers section, find the gift email template settings.
Edit the subject, greeting, body content, and footer to match your brand voice.
Save your changes.
Step 3: Create Promotional Cards
In the Offers section, navigate to the promotional card templates.
Click Create New Template.
Fill in the details such as title, subtitle, call-to-action text, and background settings.
Save the template and ensure it is active.
Step 4: Promote Gifting
Use the promotional cards in your content blocks to encourage members to gift subscriptions.
Adjust the frequency of how often these cards appear based on your promotional strategy.
Important Considerations
Trial Period: The trial period for the recipient will match the billing interval of the subscription.
Payment Method Requirement: Recipients must add a payment method before the trial ends to continue their subscription.
Gifter's Invoice: Ensure that the gifter's invoice clearly states that it is a gift purchase.
