Why: Streamline your members' grocery shopping experience by allowing them to send their shopping list ingredients directly to popular grocery delivery services. This integration saves time and enhances convenience for your subscribers.
Navigate: App Station > Security & Technical > Integrations > Grocery
Quick Start
Go to App Station and select Integrations.
Enable the Instacart integration by toggling the switch.
Enter your Instacart API key in the configuration settings.
Enable the Walmart integration by toggling the switch.
Enter your Walmart API credentials in the configuration settings.
Overview of Grocery Shopping Integrations
Member Kitchens offers integrations with Instacart and Walmart, allowing your members to easily shop for ingredients from their shopping lists. With these integrations, members can either have groceries delivered or pick them up in-store, depending on their preference.
Instacart Integration
When members click the "Shop with Instacart" button from their shopping list, they are redirected to Instacart's marketplace where they can view and purchase the items. This integration simplifies the process by automatically creating a shopping list page on Instacart.
Walmart Integration
Members can click the "Shop at Walmart" button to enter their zip code and map their shopping list ingredients to Walmart products. They can review and adjust product matches before being redirected to a pre-populated Walmart cart for checkout.
Enabling and Configuring Integrations
Enabling Instacart
Go to App Station and select Integrations.
Find the Instacart integration option.
Toggle the switch to enable it.
Enter your Instacart API key in the provided field.
When enabled, the "Shop with Instacart" button will appear on your members' shopping lists.
Enabling Walmart
In the same Integrations section, locate the Walmart integration option.
Toggle the switch to enable it.
Enter your Walmart API credentials (Client ID, Client Secret, and Consumer ID).
Once enabled, the "Shop at Walmart" button will also be available on your members' shopping lists.
What Members See
When members access their shopping lists:
Instacart: They will see a button labeled "Shop with Instacart." Clicking this will take them to Instacart's site with their shopping list items ready for purchase.
Walmart: They will see a button labeled "Shop at Walmart." After entering their zip code, they can review product matches and proceed to checkout with their selected items.
