Why: Enable your members in Australia and New Zealand to shop for ingredients online directly from their shopping lists, making meal prep easier and more convenient.

Navigate: App Station > Settings > Integrations > Grocery (Appetise)

Quick Start

  1. Go to App Station and select Settings.

  2. Click on Integrations and then choose Grocery.

  3. Enter your Appetise partner ID.

  4. Enable the Appetise integration.

  5. Save your changes.

Understanding the Appetise Integration

The Appetise integration allows your members to shop for ingredients online from their shopping lists. This feature is specifically available for members in Australia and New Zealand. Once enabled, members will see a "Shop Online" option in the Shop menu of your app.

Enabling the Integration

To enable the Appetise integration, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to App Station and select Settings.

  2. Click on Integrations and then choose Grocery.

  3. Enter your Appetise partner ID. This ID is necessary for the integration to function properly.

  4. Toggle the Appetise integration to enable it.

Note: The Appetise script will not load until you have enabled the integration and entered a valid partner ID.

What Members See

Once the integration is enabled, members will see the "Shop Online" button in the Shop menu. This button will only appear when the Appetise SDK is ready, which happens after you enable the integration.

Important Considerations

  • The Appetise card in App Station is only visible on staging and ANZ hosts. If you do not see it, ensure that you are on the correct host.

  • The integration must be enabled for the Appetise script to load. If the integration is not enabled, members will not have access to the shopping feature.

Provisioning States

The Appetise integration goes through several provisioning states:

  • Interim: The partner ID is not set, and members will see an info message stating that the integration is being set up.

  • Ready, disabled: The partner ID is set, but the integration is not enabled.

  • Ready, enabled: The partner ID is set, and the integration is enabled. Members can use the shopping feature.

Configuration

The Appetise integration requires the following configuration:

  • Partner ID: This is set by the superadmin and is essential for the integration to work.

  • Enabled Toggle: This allows you to turn the integration on or off.

You can manage these settings in App Station > Settings > Integrations > Grocery.
