Navigate: App Station > Content Library > Blog Posts > New
Quick Start
Click the New Blog Post button in the Blog Posts section.
Enter a title for your blog post in the title field.
Use the rich text editor to write and format your content.
Fill in the SEO fields to optimize your post for search engines.
Click Publish to make your blog post live.
Detailed Sections
Using the Rich Text Editor
The rich text editor provides a user-friendly interface for creating and formatting your blog posts. Here are some key features you can use:
Text Formatting: Apply bold, italic, underline, or strikethrough styles to your text. You can also highlight text with a yellow background.
Headings: Organize your content using headings (H1, H2, H3) to improve readability.
Lists: Create bullet or numbered lists to present information clearly.
Images: Insert images by pasting, dragging and dropping, or using the file picker. Images can be resized easily.
Links: Add links to other resources or websites to provide additional context.
Tables: Insert tables to display data in an organized manner.
Emoji: Use the emoji picker or type
:followed by the emoji name to add fun elements to your posts.
SEO Fields
To help your blog posts reach a wider audience, fill in the SEO fields:
Meta Title: A concise title that summarizes your blog post.
Meta Description: A brief description that appears in search engine results.
Keywords: Relevant keywords that relate to your content, helping improve search visibility.
Publishing Workflow
Once your blog post is ready:
Review your content for any errors or formatting issues.
Ensure all SEO fields are filled out to optimize for search engines.
Click the Publish button to make your blog post live. Once published, your post will be accessible to all your members.
Tip: You can save your post as a draft if you're not ready to publish it yet. This allows you to come back and make edits later.
Editing and Updating Posts
If you need to make changes after publishing:
Navigate to the Blog Posts section in the Content Library.
Select the post you want to edit.
Make your changes in the rich text editor.
Click Update to save your changes.
Troubleshooting Common Issues
Images Not Uploading: Ensure the image file is under 10MB and is a supported format.
SEO Fields Missing: Double-check that you are in the correct section and that all required fields are filled out.
