Detailed Sections
The Analytics section in App Station is designed to provide you with a comprehensive view of how your app, content, and members are performing. Here’s a breakdown of each area you can explore:
Overview
The Overview dashboard offers a high-level snapshot of key metrics related to your app's performance. You can quickly see important data and access deeper reports from this section. Note that this feature requires the Analytics capability included in your plan.
Content Engagement
In the Content Engagement section, you can analyze how members interact with your recipes, meal plans, and other content. This includes metrics such as views, saves, ratings, and other engagement signals. This feature is part of Standard analytics, which must be enabled on your plan.
Marketing
The Marketing dashboard provides insights into your signup sources, referral traffic, and campaign performance. This helps you understand where your members are coming from and how effective your marketing efforts are.
Members & Revenue
The Members & Revenue section focuses on subscriber counts, revenue trends, and churn signals. This area is gated by the Revenue dashboard feature, which must be included in your plan to access these insights.
Member Engagement
In the Member Engagement area, you can track engagement milestones and identify at-risk members. This section requires the Engagement triggers feature to be enabled on your plan.
Video Engagement
The Video Engagement dashboard provides playback and quality metrics for videos delivered through your app. This is particularly useful if you utilize video content to engage your members.
Site Traffic
The Site Traffic section shows page views, visitor counts, and the most popular pages in your app. For this feature to work, you need to connect your app to an analytics integration, such as Matomo.
Plan and Feature Gates
Some analytics cards may display a lock icon or an upgrade message if your current subscription does not include access to that specific area. To unlock these dashboards, ensure that the necessary product features, like Standard analytics or Revenue dashboard, are enabled in your plan.
