Detailed Sections

The Analytics section in App Station provides a comprehensive view of your app's performance across various metrics. Here’s what you can find in each area:

Overview

The Overview card gives you a high-level snapshot of key metrics related to your app. It includes links to deeper reports, allowing you to quickly access detailed insights. This feature requires the Analytics capability on your plan.

Content Engagement

In the Content Engagement section, you can see how your members interact with your recipes, meal plans, and other content. This includes metrics such as views, saves, ratings, and other engagement signals. This area is part of Standard analytics, so ensure it is enabled on your plan.

Marketing

The Marketing dashboard provides insights into your signup sources, referrals, and metrics related to your marketing campaigns. This helps you understand where your members are coming from and how effective your marketing efforts are.

Members & Revenue

The Members & Revenue area shows subscriber counts, revenue trends, and signals related to member churn. Access to this dashboard is gated by the Revenue dashboard feature on your plan, so make sure you have it enabled to view this information.

Member Engagement

In the Member Engagement section, you can track engagement buckets, milestones, and identify at-risk signals among your members. This feature requires Engagement triggers to be enabled on your plan.

Video Engagement

The Video Engagement dashboard provides metrics on video playback and quality for videos delivered through the platform. This is particularly useful if you are utilizing video content to engage your members.

Site Traffic

The Site Traffic section shows page views, visitor counts, and highlights your top pages. This data is available when your site analytics integration is connected.

Plan and Feature Gates

Some cards in the Analytics section may show a lock or upgrade message if your subscription does not include access to that specific analytics area. To unlock these dashboards, ensure that you enable the necessary product features, such as Standard analytics or Revenue dashboard.
