Navigate: App Station > Analytics > Members & Revenue
Quick Start
Click on Analytics in the App Station sidebar.
Select Members & Revenue from the dropdown.
Review the member overview for subscription statuses.
Check the revenue summary for performance metrics.
Click on a member's profile to manage their subscription.
Detailed Sections
Viewing Member Billing Information
To view billing information for your members, navigate to the Members & Revenue dashboard in the App Station. Here, you can see a comprehensive overview of your members and their subscription statuses.
Current Plan Display
Each member's profile includes a Billing tab that shows:
Active subscription(s) with their status.
Billing amount, currency, and interval.
Next billing date.
Trial status and end date.
Whether the subscription is set to cancel at the period end.
Managing Member Subscriptions
Members can manage their subscriptions directly from their profile. The Manage Subscription button opens the Stripe Customer Portal, which is configured automatically for you. This means no additional setup in the Stripe Dashboard is required.
Features of the Stripe Customer Portal
In the Stripe Customer Portal, members can:
Update their payment method.
View billing history and invoices.
Cancel their subscription at the end of the current period.
Switch between any active subscription offers (e.g., from monthly to annual or from Silver to Gold).
This automated configuration ensures that your members have a seamless experience managing their subscriptions.
Revenue Dashboard Overview
The Members & Revenue dashboard provides valuable insights into your revenue performance. It is divided into two main sections:
Members: This section shows counts for each subscription status, including:
Total Members
Active
Trialing
Past Due
Canceled
Suspended
Revenue: This section displays live revenue data sourced from your Stripe account, including:
Total revenue for the current period.
Previous period revenue for comparison.
Successful charges and refunds.
Active subscriptions.
Engagement Metrics
You can also track member engagement through metrics such as:
Daily Active Users (DAU)
Weekly Active Users (WAU)
Monthly Active Users (MAU)
Members who have never logged in
These metrics help you understand how engaged your members are with your content and services.
Important Notes
Members can only have one active subscription per subscription group.
Once an offer is synced with payments, the price and billing interval cannot be changed.
Content without access level restrictions is visible to all members.
Tip: Regularly review your revenue dashboard to identify trends and adjust your offers accordingly to maximize member retention and satisfaction.
