Detailed Sections

Viewing Billing Information

To view your members' billing information, navigate to the Offers section in the App Station. Here, you can see details about each offer, including pricing, billing intervals, and access levels.

Members' Subscription Status

Each member has a profile where you can check their subscription status. This includes:

  • Active subscriptions: Shows the current plan and its status.

  • Trial status: Indicates if the member is currently in a trial period.

  • Next billing date: Displays when the member will be billed next.

Manage Subscription Button

The Manage Subscription button on a member's profile opens the Stripe Customer Portal, which is configured automatically for you. This allows your members to:

  • Switch between active subscription offers: Members can easily change their plan (e.g., from monthly to annual or from Silver to Gold).

  • Update payment methods: Members can manage their payment details directly.

  • View invoices: Access to past invoices is available.

  • Cancel subscriptions: Members can cancel their subscriptions at the end of the billing period.

No setup is required on your part for the Stripe Dashboard. Everything is managed automatically, ensuring a seamless experience for your members.

Revenue Dashboard

To track your revenue performance, go to the Analytics > Members & Revenue section in the App Station. Here, you will find:

  • Member Overview: Displays counts for each subscription status, such as total members, active members, and those who have canceled.

  • Engagement Metrics: Insights into member engagement, including daily, weekly, and monthly active users.

  • Revenue Summary: A summary of your revenue, including total revenue, successful charges, and refunds.

This dashboard provides a comprehensive overview of your member base and revenue performance, helping you make informed decisions about your offerings.

Important Notes

  • Members can only have one active subscription per subscription group.

  • Once an offer is synced with payments, the price and billing interval cannot be changed.

  • Direct content grants override all other access restrictions, ensuring members have the access they need.
