Detailed Sections
Time Period Selection
The period control at the top of the Analytics Overview page allows you to change the reporting window. You can select from options such as the last 7, 30, or 90 days, or specific calendar months. All overview widgets will update to reflect the selected time period, providing a cohesive view of your app's performance.
Reporting Timezone
Setting the reporting timezone is crucial for accurate data representation. This timezone determines how dates are bucketed for analytics, such as defining "today" and month boundaries. After adjusting the timezone, make sure to save your changes. This ensures that all future reports align with your business's geographical location.
Overview Widgets
The Analytics Overview dashboard is designed to provide a high-level summary of your app's performance. Here are some key features you can expect to see:
Traffic and Usage Signals: Get a quick snapshot of how many members are engaging with your app.
Content and Member Activity Summaries: View summaries of member interactions and content engagement, depending on your plan features.
Shortcuts to Deeper Analytics: Access more detailed dashboards, such as Content Engagement, Members & Revenue, and Site Traffic, directly from the Overview page.
The exact widgets displayed may vary based on the modules and features enabled in your app. If certain capabilities are not active, you might see fewer widgets or upgrade prompts instead of data.
Next Steps
Once you have reviewed the Overview, you can dive deeper into specific analytics by navigating to the dedicated subpages. Each subpage provides full charts and tables on various topics, allowing you to explore your app's performance in detail.
