Detailed Sections

Time Period Selection

The period control at the top of the Analytics Overview page allows you to change the reporting window. You can select from options like the last 7, 30, or 90 days, or specific calendar months. All overview widgets will update to reflect the selected period, providing a cohesive view of your app's performance.

Reporting Timezone

You can set a reporting timezone that aligns with your business location. This setting affects how dates are bucketed for analytics, such as defining "today" and month boundaries. After adjusting the timezone, make sure to click Save so that future reports reflect the correct time settings.

Overview Widgets

The Analytics Overview dashboard is designed to provide a high-level summary of your app's health. Here’s what you can expect to see:

  • Traffic and usage signals: Get a quick snapshot of how users are interacting with your app.

  • Content and member activity summaries: View summaries based on your plan features, which may include insights into how members are engaging with your content.

  • Shortcuts to deeper dashboards: Easily navigate to more detailed analytics pages, such as Content Engagement, Members & Revenue, and Site Traffic.

The specific widgets displayed may vary depending on the modules you have enabled and your subscription plan. If certain features are not available, you may see fewer widgets or upgrade prompts instead of data.

Next Steps

To dive deeper into your analytics, you can access dedicated subpages from the Overview. These pages provide full charts and tables on specific topics, allowing you to analyze your app's performance in greater detail.

Explore these subpages to gain comprehensive insights into your content engagement, member activity, and site traffic.
