Navigate: App Station > Analytics > Members & Revenue
Quick Start
Go to the Analytics section in the App Station sidebar.
Select Members & Revenue.
Review the Members section for subscriber counts and engagement metrics.
Explore the Revenue section for revenue trends and insights.
Use the period selector to adjust the time frame for your analysis.
Overview of the Members & Revenue Dashboard
The Members & Revenue dashboard provides a comprehensive view of your app's member base and revenue performance. It is divided into two main sections: Members and Revenue.
Members Section
This section gives you a snapshot of your subscribers, including:
Total Members: The total count of active members.
Active Members: Those with an active subscription status.
Trialing Members: Members currently in a trial period.
Past Due: Members whose payments are overdue.
Canceled Members: Those who have canceled their subscriptions.
Suspended Members: Members who are temporarily suspended.
You can also see engagement metrics, such as:
Daily Active Users (DAU): Members who logged in within the last 24 hours.
Weekly Active Users (WAU): Members who logged in within the last 7 days.
Monthly Active Users (MAU): Members who logged in within the last 30 days.
Never Logged In: Members who have never accessed the app.
Revenue Section
In the Revenue section, you can track your financial performance, including:
Total Revenue: The sum of revenue generated during the selected period.
Previous Period Revenue: Revenue from the comparable previous period for comparison.
Successful Charges: The number of successful payment transactions.
Refunds: The total amount refunded to members.
Active Subscriptions: The count of members with active subscriptions.
This section also features a line chart showing daily new member signups and a doughnut chart displaying how members are distributed across different access levels.
Period Selector
You can analyze data over various time periods:
7 Days: Last 7 days compared to the previous 7 days.
30 Days: Last 30 days compared to the previous 30 days.
90 Days: Last 90 days compared to the previous 90 days.
This Month: From the 1st of the current month to now, compared to the full previous month.
Last Month: The full previous month compared to the month before that.
Differences from the Monetization Billing Tab
It's important to note that the Members & Revenue dashboard focuses on analytics and trends, while the Monetization Billing tab is dedicated to operational invoices and billing details. Use the Members & Revenue dashboard to understand your app's performance and member engagement, while the Billing tab provides insights into payment processing and financial transactions.
