Understanding Site Traffic Analytics
The Site Traffic page provides essential web analytics for your app, allowing you to track key metrics such as page views, unique visitors, and device usage. This data is crucial for making informed decisions about your content and user experience.
Before Data Appears
To see analytics data, your app must have Matomo tracking configured. This typically happens during onboarding or through your platform operator. Until tracking receives data, the charts may appear empty.
Using the Dashboard
Report Period: Select a report period that aligns with your other analytics pages to maintain consistency.
Top Pages: Review the top pages or entry paths to identify which content is most popular. This insight can guide your content strategy and navigation improvements.
Device and Geography Breakdown: Use these metrics to verify the diversity of your audience and tailor your content accordingly.
