Understanding the Site Traffic Dashboard
The Site Traffic page provides analytics for your app when Matomo tracking is configured. This dashboard answers key questions about your app's performance, such as:
Which pages receive the most views?
How many unique visitors are engaging with your content?
What devices are your visitors using?
Before Data Appears
Make sure that your app has the Matomo site ID and tracker configuration applied. This setup is typically done during onboarding or by your platform operator. Until tracking starts receiving hits, the charts may appear empty.
Using the Dashboard
Report Period: Choose a report period that aligns with your other analytics pages for consistency.
Top Pages: Review the top pages or entry paths to identify content that resonates with your audience. This can help you prioritize content updates or navigation improvements.
