Enabling Wellness Tracking

To start using wellness tracking, you need to enable it in the App Station:

  1. Go to the Wellness tab under Member Tools.

  2. Toggle the Enable Wellness Tracking option to activate the feature for your app.

Once enabled, members can log various wellness metrics, such as weight, mood, energy levels, and sleep hours.

Configuring Wellness Parameters

You can customize the wellness parameters that members can track:

  • Default Parameters: By default, the following parameters are available:

    • Weight

    • Mood

    • Energy Level

    • Sleep Hours

    • Water Intake

  • Custom Parameters: You can also create custom parameters tailored to your members' needs. This allows you to track specific metrics that are relevant to your community.

Linked Resources

Admins can enhance the wellness tracking experience by linking resources to the wellness profile page:

  1. In the Wellness tab, find the Linked Resources section.

  2. Search for and add resources by title.

  3. Drag to reorder items as needed; the new order saves automatically.

  4. Resources with embed codes will render inline, while others will link to their detail pages.

Linked resources appear at the bottom of the wellness profile tab, providing valuable information and tools for your members.

Wellness Summary Block

The Wellness Summary block allows you to display a snapshot of each member's wellness journey on any List page:

  • What It Shows:

    • Progress charts for selected wellness parameters

    • Last check-in date

    • A button for members to check in

    • Active goals

    • Unread feedback from admins

    • A link to the full progress page

  • Configuration Options: You can customize which items to display in the block:

    • Title

    • Selected parameters to show

    • Whether to display the last check-in date

    • Options for active goals and unread feedback

This block is automatically hidden for members without wellness access, ensuring a clean experience.

Access Levels and Privacy

Members must opt-in to share their wellness data with you. By default, sharing is required for you to set goals for them. This ensures that privacy is respected and that members are aware of what data is being shared.

Conclusion

Wellness tracking is a powerful tool to engage your members and support their health journeys. By enabling this feature and customizing it to fit your community's needs, you can foster a more interactive and supportive environment.
