Navigate: App Station > Settings > Features > Wellness Tracking
Quick Start
Click on Settings in the App Station menu.
Select Features from the submenu.
Find Wellness Tracking and toggle it to Enabled.
Configure the default wellness parameters as needed.
Save your changes.
Overview of Wellness Tracking
The wellness tracking feature allows your members to log various health metrics such as weight, mood, energy levels, and sleep patterns. This data can be shared with you, enabling personalized coaching and feedback.

Enabling Wellness Tracking
To enable wellness tracking for your app, follow these steps:
Navigate to Settings in the App Station.
Click on Features.
Locate the Wellness Tracking option and toggle it to Enabled.
You can also configure which wellness parameters are available for your members to track.
Configuring Wellness Parameters
You have the flexibility to manage the wellness parameters that your members can log. This includes:
Enabling or disabling default parameters like weight, mood, and sleep.
Creating custom parameters tailored to your audience's needs.
Member Interaction with Wellness Tracking
Once wellness tracking is enabled, members can:
