Why: Empower your members to log their health metrics and share their progress with you. This feature enhances engagement and allows you to provide personalized support based on their wellness data.
Navigate: App Station > Settings > Content Settings > Member Tools > Wellness tab
Quick Start
Go to the Wellness tab in the App Station.
Toggle the Enable Wellness Tracking option to activate the feature.
Configure default wellness parameters or create custom ones.
Link any relevant Resources to the wellness page.
Add a Wellness Summary block to your desired List page using the Page Builder.
Overview of Wellness Tracking
The wellness tracking feature allows your members to log various health metrics such as weight, mood, energy levels, and sleep. This data can be shared with you, enabling personalized coaching and feedback. Members can opt-in to share their data, ensuring their privacy is respected.

Enabling and Configuring Wellness Tracking
To enable wellness tracking for your app, follow these steps:
Navigate to the Wellness tab in the App Station.
Toggle the Enable Wellness Tracking option to activate the feature.
Configure the default wellness parameters or create custom ones as needed.
Default Wellness Parameters
When wellness tracking is enabled, the following parameters are created by default:
Weight: Numeric (kg/lbs)
Energy Level: Scale (1-10)
Mood: Scale (1-5)
Sleep Hours: Numeric (hours)
Water Intake: Numeric (glasses)
You can modify these parameters or add new ones based on your app's focus.
Linked Resources
You can link Resources to the wellness profile page, providing additional support materials for your members. Here's how to manage linked resources:
In the Wellness tab, find the Linked Resources section.
Search for and add Resources by title.
Drag to reorder items as needed.
Remove any resources that are no longer relevant.
Resources with embed code will render inline, while others will link to their detail pages.
Member Display of Linked Resources
Linked resources appear at the bottom of the wellness profile tab. If no resources are linked, this section will be hidden.
Wellness Summary Block
The Wellness Summary block allows you to display a personalized wellness snapshot on any List page. This block can show:
Progress charts
Last check-in date
A check-in button
Active goals
Unread feedback
A link to the full progress page
Configuring the Wellness Summary Block
To add the Wellness Summary block:
Open the Page Builder.
Select the List page where you want the block to appear.
Add the Wellness Summary block and configure the following options:
Title: Customize the heading above the block.
Selected Parameters: Choose which charts to display.
Show Last Check-In Date: Toggle visibility of the last check-in date.
Show Check-In Button: Decide if the check-in button should be visible.
Show Active Goals: Display the latest active goal set by you.
Show Unread Feedback: Show a count of unread feedback snippets.
The block will automatically hide for members without wellness access.
