Insights and Recommendations
The dashboard features an insight engine that analyzes engagement data and generates structured insights. These insights help you understand your content's performance and include:
Celebrations: Highlights top-performing content or milestones (e.g., high engagement scores).
Recommendations: Suggests actions for content that may need attention (e.g., content with no engagement).
Warnings: Alerts you to content that may be underperforming (e.g., low average ratings).
Each insight is prioritized and presented in a way that allows you to quickly grasp what actions you might take next.
Engagement Score
Content items are scored based on various engagement metrics, such as views, favorites, completions, ratings, and comments. This score helps you identify which content is resonating most with your audience.
Detailed Engagement Metrics
To get a comprehensive view of how a specific content item is performing, click on the content in the overview. Here, you will find:
Time-Series Charts: Visual representations of engagement over time.
Rating Distribution: Breakdown of how members rated the content.
Recent Feedback: Comments and ratings from members that provide qualitative insights.
Period Controls
You can filter engagement data by different time periods, such as the last 7 days, 30 days, or custom ranges. This allows you to see trends and changes in engagement over time, helping you make timely adjustments.
Acting on Insights
Once you've reviewed the analytics, consider the following actions based on your findings:
Improve Content: If certain content is underperforming, think about updating it, adding more resources, or promoting it differently.
Adjust Access Levels: If you find that certain content is popular but not accessible to many members, consider changing its access level to reach a wider audience.
Follow Up with Members: Engage with members who provided feedback or ratings. This can help build community and encourage more interaction.
