  1. Set up your theme and branding.
Customize your app's look and feel to reflect your brand. Go to Branding to upload your logo, set colors, and adjust fonts.

  2. Create your recipe library (import or manually add).
Start building your recipe library by importing existing recipes or adding new ones manually. If you're using appliances like Thermomix, remember to use yield mode to express output as weight or volume instead of servings. Learn more about this in Yield-Based Recipes.

  3. Set up nutrition display for your recipes.
Choose which nutrition information to display for your recipes. This can include calories, protein, carbs, and more. Visit Recipe Nutrition Settings for guidance.

  4. Create your first meal plan and assign recipes to days and meals.
Organize your recipes into a meal plan by assigning them to specific days and meals. This helps your members follow along easily. For detailed steps, check out Meal Plan Nutrition.

  5. Configure shopping list settings and aisles.
Set up how your shopping lists will be generated, including how ingredients are organized by aisle. This makes it easier for members to shop for what they need. See Shopping Lists for more information.

  6. Set up access levels and a subscription offer.
Define who can access your meal plans and recipes by creating access levels. Then, set up a subscription offer to monetize your content. For more details, refer to Setting Up Access Levels and Creating Offers and Subscriptions.

  7. Customize the meal plan PDF template if you want downloadable plans.
If you want your members to download meal plans, customize the PDF template to fit your branding. This can be done in PDF Generation for Meal Plans.

  8. Configure member preferences like measurement system and dietary restrictions.
Allow your members to set their preferred measurement system (metric or imperial) and dietary restrictions. This ensures they receive content tailored to their needs. Learn more in Member Preferences.

  9. Optionally enable wellness tracking and use the per-member coaching thread for feedback and goals.
If you want to track your members' wellness metrics, enable this feature. You can provide personalized coaching through the wellness thread. For details, see Wellness Tracking.

  10. Build your pages and go live.
Use the Page Builder to create and customize the pages in your app. Once everything is set up, launch your app to start engaging with your members. Visit Using the Page Builder for tips on building your pages.

Now you're ready to create a thriving community around your nutrition coaching!
