Quick Start: I Publish Recipes and Sell Subscriptions

Customize your theme and branding.
Go to App Station > App Settings > Design. Choose your primary color for buttons and links, and select a theme preset that fits your brand. This helps create a cohesive look for your app. For more details, see Customizing Your App Theme.

Import or create your first recipes.
Navigate to App Station > Content Library > Recipe Import. You can either upload a file with your recipes or create them manually. This is where your content starts. For guidance, check out How to Import Recipes.

Organize with tags and collections.
Use tags to categorize your recipes and collections for themed groupings. If you're unsure which to use, start with Tags vs Collections: When to Use Each. Then, go to App Station > App Settings > Tags & Collections to set them up. For more on tags, see Using Tags and for collections, see Using Collections.

Create an access level for premium content.
Head to App Station > Monetization > Access Levels and create a new access level for your premium content. This will control who can view your recipes and other content. For more details, see Setting Up Access Levels.

Create a subscription offer and connect Stripe.
Go to App Station > Monetization > Offers to set up a subscription offer. This is how you'll monetize your recipes. Make sure to connect your Stripe account for payment processing. For step-by-step instructions, refer to Creating Offers and Subscriptions.

Build your home page with the Page Builder.
Use the Page Builder in App Station > Pages to create an engaging home page that showcases your recipes and offers. Customize the layout to attract members. For more information, see Using the Page Builder.

Preview your app.
Before going live, use the Preview Mode in App Station to see how your app looks and functions. This is a great way to catch any last-minute adjustments. For guidance, check Preview Mode.

Invite your first members.
Once everything looks good, it's time to invite your first members! Share your app link and encourage them to sign up for your subscription. You can manage your members in App Station > Members.
